Due to Hurricane Irma, NOVA Southeastern University Campus in Orlando will be closed this weekend. CREAM Testing Office is cancelling the September 16, 2017 Florida Professional Guardian Examination and it will be rescheduled on Saturday October 14, 2017. If this new date is inconvenient for any examinee, please contact our Testing Office to reschedule to a later test date at no cost. Thank you for understanding.

 

Pursuant to Section 744.1085, F.S., each professional guardian shall be required to demonstrate competency to act as a professional guardian by taking an examination approved by the Department of Elder Affairs.

 

To be eligible to take the Florida Professional Guardian Examination, prospective examinees must have successfully completed the 40-Hour Florida Professional Guardian Training Program. The Florida Professional Guardian Examination contains multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions. Examinees have a total of 2 hours to answer 100 questions and are strongly encouraged to carefully read all questions and answer choices before responding.
